RoboPiLib v0.85 almost ready

I’ve been updating the documentation and testing v0.85, and it is almost ready to go!

New in this release:

  • python 2.7 API
  • python 3.2 API
  • getPacket()/putPacket() C API extension capability
  • tested C examples in the new manual
  • Python API documentation
  • zip file of C examples
  • resetRoboPi shell utility
  • support for the Banana Pi

Gert releases VGA add-on for Raspberry Pi Model B+

In case you have not seen it, there is a new B+ add-on design by Gert, the designer of the Gertboard, GertDuino and many other excellent boards.

Banana Pi WiFi Tests – 8 adapters tested

After updating my Raspberry Pi WiFi Tests to eight adapters, with and without a powered hub, I decided to test a Banana Pi with the same eight adapters – once again with and without a powered hub.

The three adapters above were tested in addition to the five tested in my Banana Pi Review, and I then tested all eight adapters with a powered hub as well.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well the BPi worked with power hungry WiFi sticks!
