HC-SR04 / Parallax Ping / SeeedStudio Ultrasonic Range Sensor support

I added a ‘distanceRead()’ function to the RoboPi API and firmware. I expect to release the newer firmware and libraries by the weekend.

Currently it supports the inexpensive HC-SR04 sensor, but I am also adding support for the Parallax Ping and SeeedStudio red sensors.

The HC-SR04 only requires a single RoboPi I/O, and as RoboPi already has a current limiting resistor on the servo header, no need for an external resistor!
